Árpád has 19 years of experience in the tourism industry; has a bachelor degree in Hotel Management and has lived in Canada between 1995 and 1999 where he gained international travel management experience. He has extensive knowledge of the Central European Travel Market due to his position as head of the incoming department at TQ3 Vista Travel. He worked as Travel Trade Director at Ramada Plaza Budapest Hotel till he joined Boutique Hotel Budapest**** as Director of Sales in April, 2008. He took over the General Manager position on 1st July 2010.

Gábor Bagdány has 12 years of experience in the hotel/retail industries; has a college diploma in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University. He lived in Toronto, Canada between 1996 and 2003 where he gained international hotel experience. From 2003 he worked as department manager at Auchan Hungary, country stock/price manager at Decathlon and was the organizer of the Michelin Truck Roadshow involving 14 countries with more than 280 events. In 2007, he joined the corporate sales team of Le Meridien Budapest and worked there until he became Director of Sales at the Boutique Hotel Budapest**** in August, 2010.

Ms. Viktória Sziva graduated in 2007, specializing in Tourism and Catering. Her first experience in the hospitality industry was during her internship in Danubius Hotel Gellért, where she spent several months in various departments of the hotel. From 2007, she worked as the Group & Event Sales Coordinator in Ramada Plaza Hotel for more than 2 years. She joined Boutique Hotel Budapest’ team on the 1st of December 2009.
Front Office Manager
Ms. Tímea Fülöp graduated in 2006, specializing in Tourism and Hotel Management. Her first experience in the hospitality industry was during her internship in Thermal Hotel Margitsziget, afterwards in Novotel Congress Hotel. She joined Boutique Hotel Budapest***’s team on the 9th of October 2006 as a receptionist, then in 2009 became Assistant Front Office Manager and since March 2011 she is working here as Front Office Manager.
Ms. Sarolta Román
Housekeeping Manager
Ms. Sarolta Román started to work in 2005 as a Housekeeping Manager in IBS Hotel Garden. Afterwards in 2008 she worked in Hotel Wien, then in the middle of September 2010 she joined to Boutique Hotel Budapest**** as a Housekeeping Manager!
